Hamish Haggitt – Principal

Hamish has been in the Telecommunications industry all his professional life. Originally starting with NZ Telecom followed by Phillips in Australia he founded his own communications business in 1994. Now, some 19 years later the business has grown into two branches and services and looks after thousands of customers while still maintaining the highest of customer service standards. This customer focus is something Hamish instilled in the business right from the beginning and he is proud to say that as a result we still maintain and support his first ever customer.


David Land – Sales Manager

David has over 15 years industry experience in Telecommunications. David has been with the company for over 9 years, originally starting as a field technician installing and maintaining PABX systems before moving into Customer Service and Sales. David is responsible for managing the sales team, as well as, all sales and marketing activities.


Hadi Nahvi – Operations Manager

Hadi has extensive operational and management experience in the IT & T industry. Hadi has been with us for over 9 years and is responsible for all operational management duties including service delivery, procurement, system deployments and scheduling. Hadi is responsible for managing our internal operations team and all field technicians.

Liz Haggitt – Administration and Finance

Liz’s primary responsibility is the company’s financial control. Liz is also responsible for all company administration and HR duties. Liz has been with the company for over 10 years originally starting in Customer Service and training before moving into her current role.

Tessa Van den bol – Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Tessa has been with us for over 2 years with her main responsibility being to support the Sales Team and coordination of orders with Commander provisioning. Tess also assists in creating and distributing all company marketing campaigns and collateral.

Ben Street– Project Manager

Ben is responsible for the projecting and coordination of all new system installs and relocations. Ben has been with the company for over 12 years predominately as a field technician before transitioning into his current role. Ben is also still active in the technical department regularly answering tech calls on our service desk.

  Cheyne Rideout – Service Control

Cheyne is responsible for the coordination and day to day activities of all our field technicians. Cheyne has over 10 years experience in Telephone System support and is an extremely knowledgeable technician. Cheyne is now our first point of contact for all Customer Service enquiries and with his technical background can offer the best problem solving advice.
